Taxes and duties applied on orders outside Switzerland

The prices listed on our website do not include shipping, duties or taxes. Depending where you live, your country’s customs office may apply additional charges to your order, such as import fees, declaration fees, import duties & tariffs, and local sales tax. All fees required for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer. They will be charged upon arrival by our local shipping partner. From time to time, a customs agent may delay the delivery of packages at their discretion. For more information on customs, duties, taxes and other import charges, please contact your local customs office.


We deliver in Switzerland and in all European countries.

Delivery time:

  1. Packages sent within Switzerland do not require a signature. The delivery usually takes 3-5 working days.
  2. Europe: between 5 and 10 working days. Rest of the world between 4 and 15 business days (taking into account local festivities and flow shipments).

  • 18 CHF up to 2 products within Europe except for Spain (please check the price chart


  1. You can find out the exact shipping cost by updating your shipping address during the checkout process.
  2.  Shipments will be delivered to the recipient’s address provided by the sender using La Poste. Delivery time: priority.
  3. The shipping of orders is determined automatically depending on the destination and number of products purchased to make it as quickly and economically as possible.

1) Postal 48/72 Post Office in Spain: All shipments whose destination is Spain Peninsular.

You can track shipping at any time. Shipments will be delivered to the recipient’s address provided by the sender. Delivery time: 72 hours

Shipping for purchases above 150 € will be free for destinations in Spain Peninsular.

2) International Shipping , European Community, the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra service International certified letter is used (up to 2 kgs, approx 2 products.) or international economic package (for shipments exceeding 2 Kgs.).

The shipping cost is based on whether the country is in the European Union or elsewhere, according to the following table:

The cost of producing export SAD is 12.84 Euros for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (until the entry into force true, the appendix to simplify the SAD).
This cost will be added to other expenses of the order.
In any case, the exact shipping cost will be calculated automatically in the order summary screen so you can review it before payment.


The field for international shipments is:

  • Europe: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal , Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and the UK.
  • Other countries: Australia, Latin America, Canada, United States, Iceland, Israel, Hong Kong, Malaysia, New Zealand, Russia and Singapore.

Exchanges and returns

If the product sold by the Irema Slow Fashion does not suit you or is not of a good size, you may exchange or return it within 30 (thirty) days following his receipt thereof.  To that end, you must return the product in perfect conditions to Irema Slow Fashion (Switzerland address: Route de Chailly 7B, 1807 Blonay/Spain:  Santa Catalina 29. 3º-4ª, 08014- Barcelona).  The customer bears the costs related to the return or exchange. In the case of a return, the product will be reimbursed as soon as we receive it.  In the case of an exchange,  Irema Slow fashion will send you a product that is registered under the same code and corresponds to his size and desire, subject to its availability.  You cannot exchange an article for one registered under another product code.


  1. Send us a message at with your order number, a description of the issue (if there is one), whether you would like to return or exchange the item(s) and the new size/color in case of exchange. The Company bears the costs of return or exchange of products under warranty.
  2. Please pack the product(s) securely in the original package if possible.
  3. We cannot accept exchanges or returns for packages received without the return/exchange confirmation paper, attached to your purchase.
  4. Send the product(s) to the address specified above.


Return packages may take a few weeks to be delivered to our headquarters in Switzerland. Once your package has arrived, please allow 5-10 working days for your return to be processed. We’ll let you know by email as soon as your refund has been processed, or once your exchange has been shipped back out to you.


The order cannot be retracted after the purchase.  However, you may exchange the product that you have received under the conditions specified in “exchanges and returns”.


The law regarding warranties applies. If the product sold by the Irema Slow Fashion is defective or damaged, you may be reimbursed or may receive, in exchange, a product registered under the same code by returning the defective or damaged product within 30 (thirteen) days after its receipt for a full refund.  To that end, please return the product to Irema Slow Fashion (Switzerland address: Route de Chailly 7B, 1807 Blonay/Spain:  Santa Catalina 29. 3º-4ª, 08014- Barcelona). Send us a message at with your order number, a description of the issue (if there is one), whether you would like to return or exchange the item(s) and the new size/color in case of exchange. Please ensure items are unworn, with the original tags, including the complete returns paper attached in the parcel. The Company bears the costs of return or exchange of products under warranty. PLEASE RETAIN PROOF OF POSTAGE.


Liability for consequential or subsequent damage is precluded.  The liability for direct damage is limited to the amount paid by the customer involved. This limitation of liability is not valid in the event of tortious intent or gross negligence.  The possible liability of auxiliaries is precluded to the extent authorized by law.

Legal terms and conditions

The General Terms and Conditions previously specified are governed by Swiss law. The courts located in the area of the Company’s head office have jurisdiction to adjudicate any disputes between the parties, unless otherwise specified by law. The Company is free to bring a legal action in the area of the defendant’s head office or residence. Application of the UN Convention regarding international sales of goods (RS is expressly precluded.

The application of this set of advantages will be specified according to the strategies defined by each moment.

  1. – Program’s registration.

In order to register for the Irema Slow Fashion’s Friends Club Program, the following steps must be followed:

  1. Follow the purchase instructions and fill out the form
  2. After completing the form and paying the first fee (5 CHF), the member of Irema Slow Fashion’s Friends Club will be able to access their VIP area with their name and password. Once the session starts, the client will be able to enjoy the advantages attached.
  3. -Data privacy and security policy.

In compliance with The General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) which regulates the data protection and privacy in the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA), the following points are noted:

  • The personal data will be included in a file, whose owner is Irema Slow Fashion, and whose exclusive purpose is to manage the operation of the loyalty club as well as informing and advertising products, services and promotions, and related projects.
  • Completion of all the data requested is mandatory.
  • In accordance with the regulations of the GDPR, members may exercise their right of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition to the use of the personal data provided, writing to the address of or by email to
  • As the file’s owner, Irema Slow fashion guarantees the confidentiality of the data provided by the clients. The information contained in the Program is exclusive property of the file’s owner, not being authorized to use them without the express authorization, according to current legal regulations, of the persons/clients registered as members of the Club.
  1. – Benefits.

Every time a Club’s member makes a purchase of sustainable products, it is essential to enter the name and password selected when paying the first fee, so the discount benefits are activated at the time of purchase.

After the fifth purchase, the member has the right to benefit from a 40% discount on his/her next purchase.

  1. – 40% discount exchange.

Each member may consult the number of purchases they have made at any time by sending an email to, indicating name and surname.

The right to get a 40% discount off on a garment, once five purchases have been done; it is exclusively of the client.

Currently, and without prejudice to the conditions being modified at any time, which would be communicated through the website, the exchange of points is carried out as follows:

  1. Once the minimum quantity of 5 purchases has been reached, the member may request the application’s discount on his/her next purchase.
  2. Once the application’s discount has been requested on the sixth purchase, this benefit will disappear from the member’s loyalty program until he/she accumulates five new purchases.
